Average Rating: Rating: none - This toy is great! We just bought the geomag glow in the dark set for our son's 4th birthday. He has been playing with Legos quite a bit all spring and summer so I thought this would interest him. He took to them immediately. Tonight we were going to get ice cream and he told us "in a minute. I want to do this first." A toy that beats out ice cream. Now THAT'S amazing! Rating: none - fascinating toy Couple of points. This is a quslity toy that is not destroyed easily but the balls can be lost quickly. My daughter who is almost 4 likes to put the balls in her mouth (so they are out of reach for the moment) but enjoys the magnets. There is no need to recommend this toy to friends, just leave it on the table and be careful it doesn't disappear permanently. Last, these are fairly strong magnets from which it is possible to suspend up to 5 ball bearings. It is interesting to see how the magnets interact. For example, 2 positives will attach to the same bearing (but not each other) but the bearing will not attract other bearings while a positive and negative magnet on the bearing means the bearing will attract others. 3 attracts. The smallest set is sold showing a spinning diamond suspended from bearings, which is another fascinating trick. In short, this toy has a depth of qualities that can interest even a doctor of laser physics (one of our friends). Rating: none - I LOVE GEOMAGS ...CAME HOME AND THE 3 OF US PLAYED GEOMAGS. THEY ARE ADDICTING. I HAD TO GO BUY 2 MORE BOXES (3-86 CT BOXES TOTAL/ 3 DIFFERENT COLORS)I LOVE THE CREATIVITY MY 4 YR OLD SHOWS. IT'S GOOD BECAUSE WE ALL CAN PLAY TOGETHER. AND NO BATTERIES REQUIRED.I ONLY WISH YOU COULD BUY A STORING CONTAINER FOR THEM. I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM. WE ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING THE GLOW-IN -THE DARK ONES NEXT. WE ALL LOVE THEM.
